Preparation:
- Put chicken in a in a pot and add water and salt (custom test) to it. Mix it with a spoon and burn the slow flame. Now cover it.
- After twenty minutes on the slow flame, remove the chicken from the boiled water and separate it in a plate.
- Put the chicken spot in the bender, add some boiled water, and blend it for three seconds.
- Now cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
- Heat the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms. Stir it with a spoon to make it soft.
- Now add the blended chicken stocks, and some more boiled water, black paper, salt (custom test).
- Cook it on the medium flame for five to seven minutes.
- After that add soya sauce and hot sauce.
- Mix corn flour in water in separate plate.
- Add the corn flour, egg white mix and stir all these well.
