- Chop green onion and cool it with cooking oil.
- Exfoliate the chicken with salt, wash it with cold water to look shiny and clean from feathers.
- Now put the chicken within
boiled water for two minutes. Remove and wash it with cold water. It will become more
shiny and cleanly.
- Put it back into the boiled water.
- Add salt (custom test), ginger and garlic past, cover and boiled it for thirty minutes.
- After thirty minutes, off the flame and keep it aside for further cooking.
- Wash the rice in a separate pot.
- Add the garlic, ginger slice, and chicken soup at 1:2 ratios.
- Slice chilies, ginger, chilly garlic sauce, splice, splash soy sauce, and seas oil on it.
- Now cook the chicken more for ten minutes, and cut it in desired pieces.
- Supper delicious healthy and roasted hainan chicken rice is ready to be presented.
